REVIEW – Love Struck Sick BY DON TJERNAGEL
Written and directed by Don Tjernagel, ‘Love Struck Sick’ is a comedy drama that stars Clint Boevers, Angelle Waltz, Joe Brown, Jordan Abbe and Tjernagel himself. Billed as a coming-of-age story, the film finds Clint (played by Clint Boevers) and Angie (played by Angelle Waltz) as two young adults looking for happiness and love in their respective lives.

Written and directed by Don Tjernagel, Happy’s is a 2021 drama that stars Caleb DeGraw, Clint Boevers, Gus Gustafson and others. Don Tjernagel is a beast, directing one film after another with a pace that even overtakes the frequency with which Bruce Willis puts out low budget action thrillers. Unlike Willis’s outings, each Tjernagel film is crafted delicately.

It is shocking how many films Don Tjernagel has put out and continues to do so, unabated, year after year. An unstoppable creative machine, Tjernagel’s each new film is arguably better and weirder than his last.

REVIEW – 503 DIRECTED BY francis han
Written and directed by Francis Han, ‘503’ is a horror short film that stars Patrick Burkard, George Ross Bridgman and Numa Khandwani.
503 finds its protagonist, apartment manager Sam, living his life in excess. When he is not haranguing tenants about rental increases and fines, Sam finds pleasure in taking advantage of poor old men selling video games. Scoring a copy of a unique game during one such instance, Sam finds the game gradually taking over his life.

Being a teenager with all its new challenges toward adulthood is never easy, and one will often have to go into fight or flight mode to protect yourself from all the pain. This is the main theme of One More Dream, the Ricky Burchell-directed 2022 coming-of-age drama that’s now streaming on Amazon Prime.

Met with critical scorn, Aguiar would go on to make another feature ‘Veneer’ before developing his latest feature ‘Hairy’.

Written and directed by Don Tjernagel, Flirts (2022) is a dramedy feature that stars Shawn Mcaninch, Rebecca Lee McCartney and Clint Boevers.
Rebecca Lee McCartney plays Rebecca Romero, a gentlemen’s club owner whose business is under threat by local parental groups and conservatives. With opposing forces undertaking a sustained campaign to prevent the strip club from operating in the area where families live and children play, Rebecca is forced to take help from local politicians to keep her business afloat.
