The plot revolves around the lives of Benjamin Anderson, portrayed by Jeremy Francois, who has spent a decade working tirelessly to keep families together. The play stars recording artist Isis Damil, who plays the boorish Xona Bari, the flagship character in Laird’s Origins’s series. He also teased his aspirations for the ‘Origins’ series, saying, “We hope to have Origins hit theaters in the near future. Bringing my characters to life is a dream of mine.”

Additionally, Laird had high praise for the film’s director, Bryan Gibbs, saying, “Bryan Gibbs is a wonderful actor, but even a better person. He has assisted me on my endeavors and has been exceptionally gracious. He is a great guy to know. Our paths crossing was a blessing.”

‘The Social Worker’ is scheduled for release on November 5th 2023 and will be shown at the MJR Theater in Southgate, Michigan. Following its theater run, it will soon be available on Blu-Ray, allowing a broader audience to experience this suspenseful Michigan-made drama.
