Inspired by true events, “SPILLED PAINT” dives deep into the dark, clandestine world of art forgery and the high stakes of deception. The series centers on a sinister figure, Ramirez Ponce, who dominates the underground art world, coercing gifted artists into creating counterfeit masterpieces. These fraudulent artworks are then sold to influential and unsuspecting buyers, amassing a fortune for this shadowy antagonist. However, the artists’ lives are tragically cut short as they are murdered to protect the secret—until a famed artist, believed to be dead, reappears, threatening to unravel the entire operation.

“We are incredibly proud to bring ‘SPILLED PAINT’ to our viewers,” says 2 time Daytime Emmy Nominated Producer Beth Wheatley, and Executive Producer of “Spilled Paint”. “This series not only offers intense drama and mystery but also provides a thought-provoking look into the lengths people will go for power and wealth. We believe it will captivate audiences from the first episode to the last.”

The series stars Brandon Gibson (Lessons in Chemistry, Cobra Kai) as Ramirez Ponce, Justine Renee (Lifetime Movie Network, ABC) as Helena Natale, and features a talented ensemble cast including Daytime Emmy Nominated Anthony Montgomery (General Hospital, Star Trek: Enterprise), Jensen Atwood (Noah’s Arc, Their Eyes Were Watching God), and Steven Rho (Paramount+ The Game) as Daniel Montrose). The intricate plot, masterfully crafted by Brandon Gibson and Jon Kohan ensures that viewers are taken on a roller coaster ride of suspense and intrigue.

Set against the backdrop of Miami, Florida, “SPILLED PAINT” not only showcases stunning visuals but also delves deep into the psychology of its characters, exploring themes of ambition, power, betrayal, and survival.
