Worldwide Stages Announces $75 Million Reg A Offering to Expand Its Production Campus
Worldwide Stages, the premier production campus for the world's entertainment industry, announced today that it has launched its Regulation A stock offering to raise $75 million to build new soundstages and facilities to support the growing demand for music, TV, film, and virtual production in the Nashville area. The offering was qualified with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last week and allows anyone to now invest in the Company.

LIONSGATE REPORTS RESULTS FOR FIRST QUARTER FISCAL 2024
Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF.A, LGF.B) today reported first quarter (quarter ended June 30, 2023) revenue of $908.6 million, operating loss of $16.8 million and net loss attributable to Lionsgate shareholders of $70.7 million or $0.31 diluted net loss per share on 230.2 million diluted weighted average common shares outstanding. Adjusted net loss attributable to Lionsgate shareholders in the quarter was $9.8 million or $0.04 adjusted diluted net earnings per share on 230.2 million diluted weighted average common shares outstanding, with Adjusted OIBDA of $85.7 million.
JURASSIC PARK BACK IN 3D FOR 30TH ANNIVERSARY
Beginning on August 25th, moviegoers can celebrate the 30th anniversary of Steven Spielberg's sci-fi classic, Jurassic Park, with a re-release of the film in RealD 3D-equipped theaters across North America.
Jurassic Park was converted to 3D in 2013 for the film's 20th anniversary. The original 1993 release of the film shattered box office records, setting a new benchmark at the time for the highest-grossing film in history. Its 2013 re-release garnered an additional $45 million.

Cineverse to Release “On Fire” in Theaters Sept. 29
Cineverse announced today that the pulse-pounding survival and inspirational drama On Fire will release exclusively in theaters nationwide on September 29. Inspired by the true and harrowing events which transpired during one of Northern California's most catastrophic wildfires, the film premiered at the 2023 Mammoth Film Festival where it was nominated for best genre film. Director/star Peter Facinelli (The Vanished, Twilight) was in attendance with local heroes from the town's firefighting units.
