Key Tawn Toothman Unleashes the Trailer for ‘My Only Friend’s a Corpse’

Independent filmmaker Key Tawn Toothman and Different Day Pictures have dropped the official teaser trailer for My Only Friend’s a Corpse, a darkly funny, blood-soaked horror-comedy that explores, obsession, and decay with tongue firmly in cheek.

Fresh off the cult success of “A Very Flattened Christmas”, Toothman returns with Jack Bayless (Director) in the most unhinged and heartfelt vision yet — a twisted story between the living and the dead that blends outrageous humor, practical gore, and a nostalgic VHS-era aesthetic. My Only Friend’s a Corpse is set to continue Toothman’s rise as one of Wichita’s most distinctive indie voices, bridging absurd comedy and raw emotional horror.

The trailer offers a first look at the film’s grimly eccentric and trippy world.
