Bud Rebel Productions is thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of its first fictional storytelling podcast, “Seduction” set to begin production. Created by Bud Rebel, the original script is poised to bring a unique perspective on temptation from the initial try to the downfall that can occur and provides an immersive storytelling experience to listeners worldwide. As pre-production enters its early stages, Seduction promises to captivate audiences with its compelling narrative, unforgettable characters, and high-stakes drama.

Slated for recording in Los Angeles, California in early 2025, Seduction is an exploration of power, desire, and manipulation with an intriguing storyline and rich mix of complex personalities, the podcast aims to take listeners into a web of unexpected encounters and temptation.

“Starting a podcast project has been a dream of mine for years,” said Bud Rebel, the founder of Bud Rebel Productions. “The world of audio storytelling offers a rare opportunity to experiment with sound, pacing, and character development in ways that traditional media simply can’t match. Seduction is a story that’s deeply personal to me, and I’m beyond excited to bring it to life in this format.”

Bud Rebel is no stranger to the world of podcasts. As a successful writer, producer and podcast host, he has built a reputation for creating engaging, thought-provoking content and episodes. His first podcast, The Bud Rebel Show, has garnered a loyal following for its insightful interviews and candid discussions on culture, entertainment, and personal stories featuring guests that have included; Bourke Floyd (Dawsons Creek, The Undead), Jeremy Richardson (Yellowstone), Ashli Auguillard (Curb Your Enthusiasm), Vincent M Ward (The Walking Dead), Petrie Willink (Oppenheimer) and many more. With Seduction, Rebel takes a bold leap into the fictional scripted drama category, showcasing his versatility as a storyteller and his ability to capture the essence of complex human emotions and relationships, similar to how his film The Undead incorporated the importance of mental health awareness at the forefront of a storyline in an authentic way that sparked conversation and praise.

Seduction is set in small-town USA and follows Tony, a married man, crossing paths with the beautiful and charismatic Maria. Attraction collides and characters are drawn into a dangerous web of seduction and deceit. Rebel’s script dives deep into themes of vulnerability and power, exploring how personal relationships intersect with the vows of marriage and acting on one’s desires.

The production team has hinted at a talented cast and high-quality sound design, which will make Seduction a must-listen. Led by the accomplished Bud Rebel Productions team, award-winning producer Mikaela Phillips (Zavier and the Nightkeeper, Malibu Crush & Madison and the Happiness Jar) also joins the production in a producer capacity. Phillips’ extensive expertise and prior commercially acclaimed industry success, will ensure that Seduction brings a high-quality and unmatched superior level of detail to its audio production. Official cast and other news, to be announced soon.

Production is expected to take place in multiple phases, with the first episodes slated to hit digital platforms later in 2025. Bud Rebel Productions is known for its bold, creative approach, and Seduction will be no exception. The podcast will explore a modern take on classical storytelling, blending relatable scenarios and characters, romance, and high drama that fans will surely appreciate. Stay tuned for the official release date and further updates on Seduction.
